Large family living room with comfortable sofas and large flat screen TV /DVD for your 'cinema' nights! 

Additional double sofa bed 

Fully fitted kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher  and fridge freezer. 

A smaller living room with cosy sofas, a fire place and well stocked games cupboard, games table and bookcase.

An ideal quiet space which can serve as a sitting room for the adjacent bedroom or accomodate a travelcot (provided). 

 Large dining room with handmade bespoke table seating 12 guests. A high chair is also available. 

Guys Farm has a family bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs

The main bedroom upstairs also has an ensuite shower room.

There is a large uliity room next to the back door, suitable for wet coats and boots etc!

There is also ample space for dogs to sleep - please bring bedding/pens etc

There is a washing machine and tumble dryer

 Guys Farm has five double bedrooms, each individually styled. 

A daybed which converts to two singles can be found in the lounge

All rooms have space for a travel cot (one provided)

The Garden Room - a downstairs twin -  whilst doorways are slightly small for wheelchair access  (760mm) this bedroom is adjacent to the snug and has ground floor access to a shower room, the kitchen and lounge.

  The City Room - an upstairs double room with views over the fields 

 The Butterfly Room - an  upstairs double room with views over the fields 

 The Chinese Room - a  large upstairs room with a double bed, ensuite and great views via the French window.  

The Seaside Room - an upstairs room with bunk beds - suitable for children or adults . There is a small single futon also in this room - suitable for a child or small adult! Bedding is stored under the bunk beds.
